Naegelin's Bakery

Wedding Delivery(ONLY):    Naegelin's has FREE delivery inside  New Braunfels city limits, as long as it is not on a Sunday or after hours(an additional fee will be applied in those circumstances). To deliver anywhere outside New Braunfels city limits, there is a delivery fee of $1.50 per mile , round trip.  We do not ship cakes or deliver more than 1 hour away.  We are not responsible for damage resulting from tables that are not level, weak, too small, or placed in a warm area. Please keep in mind that there can be wind, rain, temperature, pets, bugs, or other situations, especially for outdoor deliveries that can harm or cause damage to your cake. We are not responsible for any damage to your cake(s) for any reason after setup is complete.

​UNAVOIDABLE OCCURANCE:   In the case of an unavoidable occurrence, such as a car accident, poor road conditions, traffic during delivery etc. Naegelin's Bakery CANNOT be held liable for more than the price of the cake ordered.

 

PICKING UP YOUR CAKE:   Picking up your cake is a great way to save money, but is not recommended for cakes bigger than our largest 2 tier cake.  Deliveries must be made for cakes bigger then our largest 2 tier. If you choose to pick up your cake you should make sure that you have a clean, flat, “non-slip” surface in an air conditioned area to transport the cake while driving.  If you are in a car, the floor is generally safer than the seat.   Most of our cakes are either too large or irregularly shaped to fit in a cake box so you need to take special care to protect them. Once you leave with the cake it is no longer the responsibility of Naegelin's Bakery.

CAKE PICTURES:  We photograph our cakes and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotional uses without compensation to you, or without your permission.

 

FOOD ALLERIES:  Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.  

 

NON-EDIBLE ITEMS:  Naegelin's Bakery will not be responsible for any non-edible items (silk flowers, pearls, ribbons, etc.) placed on your cake. All non-edible items are to be provided by you; we will gladly decorate and place these items on your cake as you wish, however it is your responsibility to remove them before the cake is consumed.
